Salamander has participated in Barbecue Tours since 2001. He has visited 65 barbecue joints over 6 tours, and earned the Ironman award 3 times.
John and XO were freshman roommates in Jester West, where they developed their engineering skills along with concepts like “Belcher’s Angle.” Later in their college career, they both roomed with Smoke Daddy at a duplex on Avenue G.
