Main Fare:

  • Brisket – Little mushy, still moist & tender though
  • Ribs – Sweet rub, mushy (may be sitting in steam pan)
  • Hot Links – Really spicy hot link
  • Sausage – great flavored Eckridge style sausage
  • Pork Shoulder – moist, nice flavor

  • Beans – nicely seasoned

Atmosphere:

  • Big TX Star Rusted Sign outside.  RR tracks nearby. Cool Western theme inside – real cowboy feel. Oversided rifle hanging over the menu sign.
