  • Brisket – Smokey flavor, little dry, kresote is present
  • Sausage – another Eckeridge link
  • Ribs – Fall off the bone, nice smokey flavor, nice rub

Other Fare:

  • BBQ Sauce – Light Orange, tangy flavor
  • Slaw – KFC
  • Potato Salad – Eggy mayo mix.  Slightly sour
  • Onion Rings – Excellent
  • Apple Cobbler – Nice Flavor, crust was soggy
  • Peach Cobbler – Liked it
  • Plum Cobbler – very interesting
