  • Brisket – Not moist, tender, nice smoke flavor
  • Ribs – nice flavor, mild rub, good smoke ring
  • Sausage – nice, well flavored pork sausage
  • Hot links – solid spicy link, not greasy

  • BBQ Sauce – Sweet & Sour smoke, didn’t blend well
  • Pinto Beans – nicely seasoned
  • Slaw – tastes like KFC, but better
  • Potato Salad – nice mustard/mayo/vinegar mix
  • Banana Pudding – just okay
  • Peach Cobbler – freshly made and great flavor

Atmosphere:

  • 11:30am and not a soul in sight.  Tin roof and stained wood siding.  Large AC Piping thru the ceiling.  Dark, Smokey decor.  I like it.
