  • Brisket – smoky, tender and moist with nice ring

  • Sausage Stuffed Jalapeno – excellent
  • Potato Salad – Pimento mustard blend
  • Slaw – crunchy creamy mix
  • Beans – too salty
  • Peach Cobbler – mushy mess
  • Cherry Cobbler – nice flavor

  • Wood Shack, small joint, offset smoker, counter service only, picnic tables out back under tree.  Bugs ate the food.
