Main Fare:

  • Brisket – heavily smoked, lots of cresote, pretty dry
  • Pork – kind of gamey, smelly product
  • Rib – Very gamey
  • Hot Link – Not good

Other Fare:

  • BBQ Sauce – tangy, smokey, pepper sauce
  • Spicy Sauce – too much pepper.  It will choke you
  • Slaw – Fresh taste
  • Beans – Bland
  • Potato Salad – Decent flavor with pimento and dill
  • Peach Cobbler – Not baked enough.  Peaches were crunchy

  • Red tin roofed shack.  Rusty Cowboy theme.  Cowboy stuff on walls.  Spoke to Cowboy Raymond… he likes this place.
