    • Potato Salad: Mashed. Mustardy. Bitter finish
    • Spare Rib: Good smoke and bark. Pulls clean. More bite would make it a high 4
    • Sausage: Good. May be store-bought, but tastes great. Nice casing and a good pop
    • Brisket: Firm. Great hickory taste. Great bark and rub. Outstanding.
    • Atmosphere: Good dead animals, especially the dual buffalo head and ass on a thru-mount. Cheesy tablecloths, though
    • Beans: Pintos: Great texture, but no punch
