    • Sausage: Good, but chewey. Nice flavor, less spice.

    • Brisket: Very tough and chewey.

    • Beans: Pintos: Overcooked. Tasty smoke with a light hang.

    • Potato Salad: Chunky. Heavy mayo and a bit of mustard.

    • Sauce: OK. Tart, not spicy or sweet.

    • Coleslaw: Very sweet & creamy. Fine cut.
