    • Potato Salad: Good texture. Mustardy. Touch of egg
    • Coleslaw: Great thick texture. Bland souce, but very fresh
    • Beans: Pintos: Pepper-heavy
    • Pulled Pork: Extremely tender and greasy. Good flavor, but again a tas too much salt
    • Brisket: Great. Good smoke flavor. Falling off bone – maybe too much. Good bark. Rub a bit salty
    • Atmosphere: This is a joint! Shabby gravel lot. Structure is 100% rusty/galvanized steel. Awesome interior – gravel and slab floor, no A/C or plumbing. Counter service. Ex-propane tank pit. Huge rusty fan blowing. **Hottest chick I’ve ever seen working in a BBQ joint**
    • Sauce: Served lukewarm. Spicy & sharp. A bit harsh & bitter
