    • Coleslaw: Raisins. Bland
    • Potato Salad: Very eggy with too much mayo
    • Sausage: Bland and moderate. Good texture
    • Spare Rib: Overcooked. Great bark, though
    • Brisket: Great bark, good flavor and ring. Firm and moist, but not too tender. A bit too tough
