  • Beans: ranch style, good

  • Spare Rib: I liked the sweet taste to it. I thought it falls off the bone real nice.

  • Brisket: Somewhat Dry, not very good.

  • Sauce: Thick and good. I thought it could have some mor

    • Sausage: Jap Sausage is very good. Gotta love it when you can see those spices lookin right back at ya. Regular sausage is just plain with nothing to show for it.

    • Atmosphere: Any place with Taxidermy and Mannequins of old indian dudes is a freakin cool place to visit. Is that a petting zoo out back?

    • Potato Salad: Nothing special.
