    • Pulled Pork: good, but something lacked in the taste of it. Wasn’t too sure if I ‘melts in your mouth, not in your hands’ texture.
    • Spare Rib: It’s a rib grab bag! each rib was different to me. weird.
    • Coleslaw: Red potato, nice to see something a little different.
    • Coleslaw: Wrong answer, try again. KFC’s slaw would kick this slaw’s ass anyday (and that isn’t saying too much).
    • Sauce: Flavor is good, but doesn’t have any kind of kick to set it apart.
    • Atmosphere: I just walked into a T.G.I. Fridays that sells BBQ. Not really into the whole strip center thing. It’s clean, so that’s a plus.
    • Brisket: Okay brisket, not fatty, no big flavor to it.
