    • Atmosphere: There because it wants to be. In the middle of no where just thinking about barbeque. Not at all commercial. Inside the same. Very welcoming and friendly when you weren’t initially sure that would be the case. Desert at the end a great touch.

    • Brisket: Great start to the day. A little dry and tough for my preference, but the spice and smoke flavors are delectable. Right on.

    • Spare Rib: Falls off the bone, but somehow it’s still a little tough. Again nice rub and smoke but somehow the texture just doesn’t do it justice.

    • Beans: Tasty and firm the way they should be.

    • Sausage: Nice spicy sausage. It’s good to have a non-commercial sausage. Again tasty. Trying not to eat too much at the first stop.
