  • Sausage: Meaty, coarse grain, good casing, good spices

  • Sides: Cheddar cheese!

  • Overall: Meat overall was the best. I had to hold back.

    • Atmosphere: Big old fenced wooded structure. Big Deer heads, Dark lighting. It’s been around for a while. Man’s joint. Extra points for the Caribou.

    • Brisket: Unbelievable, fatty delight. I could go all day long.

    • Spare Rib: Very tender, flavorful, not enough spice however

    • Braunschweiger: Musky Lunch Meat
