  • Overall: Meat quality was all over the place. Lots of sweetness used in the rubs. Inside had a great Texas feel.

  • Coleslaw: Grocery bought stuff.

  • Beans: Hearty, meaty, beany goodness.

  • Potato Salad: More

    • Potato Salad: More grocery bought stuff.

    • Atmosphere: Small shack on the outskirts of town. Looks good from outside. Big Texas atmosphere inside. Big elk inside is cool.

    • Brisket: Smoky, Propane gas taste, Pure Ass, choked all the way down, Yuck!
      Can you tell I didn’t like it???

    • Spare Rib: Sweet rub, tender, little fatty.

    • Pork: Sweet, tender goodness thru & thru!!!

    • Sausage: Mild sausage had a funky, nasty taste to it.

    • Hot Link: Jalapeno hot and a hint of sweet. I liked it!

    • Sauce: Semi-sweet thick sauce. It was decent.
