  • Brisket: Tough, lots of cartilage, moist, not much flavor

    • Spare Rib: Chewy, burnt smoke taste, wierl red paprika rub. Not good.

    • Sausage: Nice smoky flavor, mild, nice casing.

    • Sauce: Runny, tangy sauce

    • Potato Salad: Standard mayo salad.

    • Coleslaw: Ass.

    • Beans: Mushy, bland, chili beans.

    • Overall: Good if you had to make a quick stop, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it.
