  • Overall: I was a little disappointed in the quality of the meats in general.
    Maybe it was a bad day. I’ll be back again to give it another chance.

    After all, Clyde did give Houston a title!!!

    • Atmosphere: Downtown Joint, Rockets stuff everywhere. Everything else is Q.

    • Brisket: Falls apart, great flavor, excellent!

    • Hot Link: Super spicy, mushy, tough casing

    • Sausage: Tough casing, no flavor, very greasy

    • Spare Rib: fatty, tasty, some were tough and chewy

    • Sauce: Vinegary, cayenne, too runny for my taste.

    • Potato Salad: Eggy, tangy salad. Good.
