    Tin Rust Roof. Pecan Tree growing from inside through the roof.
    Hardwood floors & walls. Plenty of dead animals displayed on the walls.

    • Brisket: Tender, pecan smoke comes through, great bark, moist texture.

    • Sauce: Very tangy and hint of smoke. Best sauce yet!!!

    • Potato Salad: Pimento in salad is awesome touch. Very eggy delight.

    • Coleslaw: Vinegary delight as well. Loved it.

    • Beans: Nice, salty, pinto beans.

    • Overall: Ribs pulled the score down today, but it is still one of the tops we visited on the trip.

    • Sausage: Great flavor, tasty, meaty, fatty mix

    • Spare Rib: Too tough, needs BBQ sauce to get it down. Very smoky flavor.
