  • Sausage: Very average, bland, tough casing.

  • Potato Salad: Good Mustard/Mayo mix, smooth texture. Yum!

  • Dessert: Peach/Cherry cobbler was great too.

    • Beans: Just damn good ranch beans.

    • Coleslaw: Good mix of carrots, cabbage, and purple cabbage.

    • Atmosphere: Big Chimneys as we drove up. Big bad barn. Inside was all BBQ. Great amount of deer mountings.

    • Spare Rib: Firm, Meaty, Nice flavor

    • Sauce: Nice, smokey, dark-red sauce, Pretty darn thick too.

    • Beef Rib: Firm, gamey, sweet rub used.

    • Brisket: Nice Flavor, sliced thin, good bark, Firm cut
