  • Sausage: Good spicy flavor

  • Spare Rib: Very fatty. Meat was tough.

  • Brisket: Tasted like sweet ASS!

    • Atmosphere: Small Corner Joint. Old Wooden Carved Indian inside. Buffalo skins mounted on ceiling. BBQ for 30 years in Galveston. Country music artists on walls. Rudy T on the wall. Had to take a number after we ordered, even though we were the only ones in the place.

    • Beans: Mushy, spicy ranch beans.
