  • Overall: Didn’t cook the meats very well (too hot). Need to treat their meats with more love.

  • Sauce: Personal sauce, too runny, liquid smoke, not much else

  • Bologna: Best I’ve ever had!

    • Spare Rib: Not tender enough, too much fat, not enough flavor

    • Brisket: Great flavor, good fat, a little tough

    • Sausage: Tough casing, bland taste, too fatty

    • Atmosphere: Red Roofed joint. Has Potential. Head of Buffalo from Zambia, Africa (exotic!). Menu when you walk in. Old fashioned set up. Looks a little forced.
