    • Spare Rib: Peppery Rub, Very tender, nice spices
    • Sauce: Smoky, tangy, and peppery
    • Potato Salad: Creamy & good.
    • Coleslaw: Too much mayonaise.
    • Beans: Pinto beans with a little brown sugar – Mmm!
