    • Brisket: The brisket has the same rub with awesome flavor

    • Sausage: The beef sausage is very moist, consistency throughout the piece. Contains loads of spicy seasoning, which is right up my alley.

    • Spare Rib: Nice dry rub used; The ribs have plenty of flavors

    • Coleslaw: Coleslaw is weak

    • Dessert: Grandmas home made peach cobbler with some apple slices is finger biting good, I might leave the remnants on my hands for the remainder of the day just to clean my palate.

    • Potato Salad: potato salad is very thick with mustard and good flavor

    • Atmosphere: Williams Smoke House
