  • Braunschweiger: It’s cold, but tasty.

  • Sides: Excellent tater salad and slaw, good ranch beans. The slaw is magical.

    • Brisket: Perfect!!

    • Spare Rib: Very tender, but something’s a little off.

    • Sausage: Needs better, fuller taste, but excellent texture with a tender casing.
