  • Sausage: Buttery inside with a semi-tough casing, not enough spice.

  • Dessert: Excellent!! Nice capper to the tour.

  • Sauce: OK.

  • Sides: Nothing special, just passable.

  • Hot Link: Excellent flavo

    • Hot Link: Excellent flavor, texture and casing blends in nicely with the meat.

    • Spare Rib: Pecan wood smoked with spicy exterior – different, but I don’t like it as well as the hickory based.

    • Brisket: Nice crunchy exterior with a velvety inside but it is somewhat dry.

    • Atmosphere: License plates on the wall and Michael age 7 loves the BBQ. US Route 66 sign, Clint Eastwood, Liv2Ryd Harley plate, old picture of Texas as part of the Louisiana Purchase. Stuffed animals in the middle is a little too much marketing for me. But wow this wait staff rocks – great looking, Longhorns, and extremely friendly. They let us in after hours.

    • Bologna: Excellent flavors on this hunk a bologna.
