  • Coarse Chop – Fall apart tender with heavy smoke.  Oh, Mama… that’s some good ‘Q!
  • Sliced – Fall apart tender & very heavy smoke – Yummy!  Almost too tender for me.  Consistency is similar to pot roast.

  • Pup – nice big onion bits inside & sweet flavor with crunch exterior.  Excellent.
  • Banana Pudding – decent, but pales in comparison to Deano’s
  • Dip/Sauce – Lots of vinegar with a zing.  Gonna get me some of this.
