  • Ribs – needs to cook more but decent flavor
  • Brisket – either pecan or oak wood but has a prevalent creosote taste
  • Sausage – store bought, heavy maple flavor
  • Hot link – good heat with a nice flavor

  • Potato Salad – creamy style with pickle juice and mustard flavors.
  • Beans – not much going on here
  • Sauce – decent flavor but nothing special
  • Peach Cobbler – very dense consistency, canned peaches but has good

Atmosphere:

  • Noone Leaves Here Hungry sign hangs on the wall. Different kinds of barbed wire in state of Texas on the wall. Guitar on wall. Plce has been here a while. Wooden tables and booths. They comped our meal which was very nice. A collage of smokers sits in the back – looks like they are using the Southern Pride but they have 1 Hickory, 2 JRs, and 2 Southern Prides
