  • Potato Salad: Mayo and eggs with big potato chunks. Not bad, but I prefer mustard over mayo.

  • Beans: Chilibeans – Mikey, no likey.

  • Sausage: Sweet flavors and good smoke throughout. Excellent!!

    • Sauce: Too much vinegar and not enough spice.

    • Atmosphere: Family friendly restaurant. Green & white checkered tablecloths. Juicy pig barbecued pie sign and lots of beer signs. They have their own root beer! Lots of women on the staff and the beer is icy!

    • Coleslaw: Quite tasty with raisins. Interesting combination, I like it!!

    • Brisket: Firmer than I prefer, but not bad.

    • Spare Rib: Lots of bark and tough, not my favorite.
