    • Coleslaw: Not very good. Too shredded and sauce is runny.
    • Dessert: Fabulous peach cobbler tops off the meal nicely.
    • Potato Salad: Mustard based and lots of pickles. Nothing special.
    • Sauce: Nice and smooth with a fair amount of pepper.
    • Sausage: Outstanding!! Nice texture, tender casing, great flavor. Some of the best sausage I’ve ever had.
    • Spare Rib: Fall apart!! Great smoke flavor and a nice rub to boot!!
    • Brisket: Nice and tender but a little dry. Good smoke flavor and nice 1/8′ ring
    • Atmosphere: This is not an area of town I’d want to be caught in late at night. Rough area, but there’s a nice plume of smoke. Good pile of oak & he uses just a touch of hickory for flavor. William is a friendly sort of fella. He built this place from the ground up 15 years ago and even welds his own pits!! Lots of wood paneling and he even built the wood tables. How he made it through life with a name like Willie B Williams I’ll never know, but God love him he knows his Q.
    • Beans: Pinto beans with a smooth sauce. Tasty!
