  • Brisket – Both the firm & fatty side are served. Firm is a little dry, but still fairly good & flavorful. The fatty side is rich and good.
  • Spare Rib – SALTY. Meat is juicy and tender… falls apart. But they over-salted today.
  • Sausage – This is store-bought Eckridge. Sliced lengthwise. Fair.

  • Potato Salad – Chopped potato salad has a different texture, but fairly average taste.
  • Pintos – Thick & beefy. Good.
  • Sauce – Thin & warm. Good for dippin’ – not much to it, but it doesn’t cover the meat flavor.
