    • Atmosphere: Now this is definitely a joint! 2nd generation in the middle of a residential area. Pit boss does everything by feel on his grandfathered pit. Not much of a dining room; does mostly carry-out business. This place is a jewel… great find!
    • Spare Rib: Mmmmm. Goooooood. A little chewy in spots, but the meat is easily pulling off the bone. Love the rib!
    • Sausage: Homeade all-beef sausage. Loose pack; with a great spice. Beefy. Good! The beef flavor explodes inside your mouth.
    • Brisket: Fine brisket. This is VERY good! Nice spice in the rub. Moist, but cut thin and dries out quickly.
    • Potato Salad: Whipped smooth. One of the BBQ Crew notes: ‘You could drink this through a straw.’ Its a good mustard-based PS.
    • Hot Link: Decker. ‘Buttery’ with a delayed spice that sticks around.
