    • Spare Rib: Solid. A little salty on the finish. Nice with the meat and fat melted together.

    • Pork: Good. Tender and juicy.

    • Sides: PS is mashed-style and mustard-based. Good! Beans are chili-style pintos with brown sugar. Also good.

    • Veal: This is good stuff. Its piping hot. Good smoke ring with a little bit of chewy bark.

    • Atmosphere: Seedy part of town, but a clean place. A/c is working. Our server is extremely nice – and helpful. Smoking with a mix of oak and hickory.
