You know you’ve arrived when you walk through the door from the gravel parking lot — fire nipping at your feet, and lots of smoked meat being pulled directly off the pits.

MAIN FARE:

  • Beef Shoulder is extremely lean, loaded with flavor, very tender.  Excellent.  — Double Boner
  • Sausage is good with a nice texture and good CenTex flavors.
  • Pork Chop is outstanding!  Melts in your mouth.  — Assman
  • Prime Rib: Wow!  Lean, tender, and moist with a mild smoky flavor.
  • Prime Rib melts in your mouth, superb texture and flavor.  Excellent.  — Double Boner

  • All meats are sold by the pound and comes directly off the pit
  • This industrial eatery surpassed all my expectations.  — Assman
