    • Pork: Good. Good. Good. Moist & tender with good meat flavor. It’s hard to go wrong with a good butt.
    • Sides: PS is mustardy. I like it! CS is crunchy and good. Beans are passable/good.
    • Rub: Rub is a bit salty, but not much other spice.
    • Atmosphere: This is a great joint! No signs, no a/c, no indoor plumbing… just BBQ. Pits are inside.
