    • Sauce: Tangy with Worchestershire.
    • Sides: PS is creamy with dill. CS is very good with raisins… somewhat sweet. Beans feature chili powder and onions; good but a little strange with the ‘Q. Not a good compliment to the rub.
    • Sausage: Good flavor! Although it is near store-bought consistency.
    • Atmosphere: We’re back in pecan country again! Pecan grove across the street. Quaint, ranch-style place. Nice folk, but… loses points due to aggie signs featuring a steer with cut horns. Table service.
    • Spare Rib: Great texture. Needs a tug to separate from bone. Really nice blend of smoke/meat.
