      F, Sa. It’s a——CONVERTED GAS STATION! Yeah,
      baby! The perfect ambiance for a BBQ joint. This
      beats antler-holes in the ceiling any day!
    • Potato Salad: Standard style – Too sweet!
    • Spare Rib: Lean, dry, good rub. Not too salty.
    • Sausage: Coarse grind, peppery, casing just right.
      Damn good!
