  • Sauce: In bottles on table, where various ingredients
    have stratified. Is hot. Really hot. I mean HOT! I
    like it.
  • Beans: Ranch-Style – Good mix of flavor. Sweet and spicy
  • Potato Salad: Too heavy on the pickle

    • Spare Rib: Too much seasoning on outside–salty! Slightly fatty, moist and flavorful.
    • Pork: Pork Brisket – Lean, VERY tender, light smoke
    • Hot Link: Homemade – Chewy casing, firmer and somewhat leaner than Drexler’s.
    • Atmosphere: Established 1946. Empty, dirty aquarium
      inside. DOUBLE bonus points for actually placing
      decorative frame around thermostat! Big pile of oak &
      hickory in back. Big grill–looks like a class
      operation!
    • Brisket: Firm, fairly dry, lean, good amount of smoke
    • Veal: Veal Brisket: Subtle flavor, very light smoke.
