  • Atmosphere: Atmosphere: In a strip center, for crimny’s sake.
    Absolute disqualification. Besides, the place was too
    clean.

  • Brisket: Dry, rubbery. NO FLAVOR!

  • Sausage: Dry, firm, pretty good

  • Sauce:

    • Sauce: Good. Right consistency, nice mix of brown
      sugar and smoke.

    • Potato Salad: Excellent–good and ‘mustardy!’

    • Spare Rib: Dry, overcooked, little flavor.

    • Beans: Best yet. Rich sauce w/ little peppers in it.

    • Pulled Pork: Pulled? I pushed it away.
