Double Boner has been on the Barbecue Tour from the very beginning. He has helped plan numerous tours; helped with music; driven, navigated, and even hosted the BBQ Crew at his house.
Doug has visited 165 barbecue joints. He has earned the Ironman award on each of the 10 tours he has attended.
Double Boner was onboard the tour from the moment that Smoke Daddy presented the concept, and was the crew member (after the initial 2-day tour) that provided feedback to make the tour a 3-day affair.
