    • Hot Link: Very tasty, skin a bit tough.

    • Beef: Very lean, possibly excessively trimmed. Good flavor despite this due to heavy smoke.

    • Sausage: Mild, good textured, and tasty.

    • Atmosphere: Gazebo with good ‘NO LOITERING’ sign and a nice pile. No seating inside, but a nice Afro-East Texas theme. Nice help.
