    • Atmosphere: GOOD: Nice pit arrangement (3X thru-wall). Good patio outside with picnic tables and fans. Large display pile out front (pecan). Inside, its nice and cramped. Good dead animals on walls, including a stuffed jackelope. Firearms on walls. Multicultural clientele. BAD: memorabilia store next door – this is a bit over the top unless the Q is stunning.
    • Pork: ‘Spicy pork’ is not spicy. Has distinct propane flavor.
    • Sausage: Czech: Ham in a new form factor.
    • Dessert: Pecan pie: creamy with chocolate. Yummy.
    • Beans: Austin-baked: Ass at first, but then the spice hangs. Pintos are serviceable.
    • Potato Salad: Just OK.
