    • Brisket: Good, rich smoke flavor. Very light rub

    • Spare Rib: Good ring. Medium bark. Firm. Pulls clean with a little effort. Good spice

    • Atmosphere: On main street. Towed pit in backyard, smoking with live oak. Kick ass USMC gear on walls. Bread served in the bag. Very small interior space, with 🙁 flowered tablecloths

    • Coleslaw: Great tangy taste. Medium to large cut

    • Beans: Pintos: Stewed, soft, and bland
