  • Coleslaw: Average. not bad, not great.

  • Sausage: I liked the sausage. Had a very good flavor to it.

  • Brisket: This brisket was great. Great flavor.

  • Beans: I thought they were kinda bland.

    • Potato Salad: German potato salad is good. I love this stuff.

    • Atmosphere: I liked the look of this place right when we drove up. I’ve never seen a gas station converted into a BBQ joint. Big points for the ‘prison like’ appearance of the picnic tables surround by a chainlink fence. Too many damn flys gettin in my way!

    • Sauce: Very thick and a little overpowering.

    • Spare Rib: These things were eatin up fast. I thought they were a little tough to eat.
