    • Potato Salad: You may want to call this ‘Egg-Potato Salad.’ But I like it!
    • Coleslaw: For all you Raisenaphobes…beware: thar’s raisens in this here ‘slaw!
    • Sausage: Moist and tender, but not spicey enough for this Texan
    • Beef Rib: Meat falls off of the bone, and was tasty, but tough.
    • Brisket: Moist and tender, but firm. This was the best item.
    • Sauce: tangy sause w/ Worcestershire flavor
    • Atmosphere: 1970’s motife is fully intact. Cheesy stained-glass frames hang over windows, ‘wooden’ sheet paneling covers the walls. There may be antiques hanging on the walls in this joint…in about 10 years.
