  • Spare Rib: Very tender, meaty, tasty, not much rub, but it didn’t need much.
  • Sauce: Peppery, spicy, sweet, smoky sauce. Too many things going on to blend well.
  • Quotable: ‘Mesquite smoked ribs were one of a kind!!! P

    • Coleslaw: Bland but okay. Carrot mixed w/cabbage.
    • Potato Salad: Standard Potato Mayo w/celery and dill.
    • Sausage: Nice, smoky flavor. Meaty with a good casing.
    • Brisket: Firm, Bland, a little dry
    • Atmosphere: Nice, big stack of wood. Place is small and quaint.
      Clean, wood tables. Old town feel. Guitar mounted on wall.
    • Beans: Pinto beans are very average. Out of can taste.
