    • Overall: Didn’t do it today for me. Meats were not as good as I had tried in the past. Disappointing seeing that I recommended the joint over Otto’s.

BTW, Post-tour, I did go to Otto’s, and it rocked!!!

    • Atmosphere: Located at the corner of a strip center. May not quite qualify as a joint. Good old-timey stuff decorated throughout the place.
Most of the guys dogged it as fake looking.
    • Brisket: Dry, tender, bland, hard to swallow.
    • Spare Rib: Fell apart, nice, smoky mild taste.
    • Pulled Pork: Tender, tasty, and shredded.
    • Sausage: Very unique, mild, tasty flavor
    • Potato Salad: Red Potatoes used to make this stuff. Really good.
    • Beans: Strange flavor. I couldn’t do more than one bite.
    • Coleslaw: Too vinegary for me.
    • Sauce: Homemade, chunky, onion-laden sauce. Good.
