  • Atmosphere: Tin Roofed joint. Smoke with live oak. Warehouse looking inside.
    Limited seating. Wood wall paneling. Old Tablecloths, benches.
    Get there and start eating.

  • Sauce: Smoky, tangy, spicy, thick, GREAT!!!

    • Spare Rib: Great Flavor, Very tender, little fat, didn’t quite fall off the bone however.

    • Sausage: Creamy, flavorful, medium course, tasty

    • Brisket: Firm, extremely moist, Live Oak Smoke may be the best for brisket!!!

    • Beans: Very bland.

    • Overall: Meats and sauce were awesome. Best yet!!!

    • Coleslaw: Thick chopped mix, creamy taste was a little funky.

    • Potato Salad: Mustardy, chunky mix
