dbarrow2’s Review of Mustang Creek BBQ

- Sausage: Ummmm Ummmm Good if you like to eat invisible sausage. All out of that today boys.
- Spare Rib: Ribs are sensational falling right off of the bone. They could use a little more rub and spices but very nice texture.
- Sauce: Sauce had a nice bite to it but it tasted much like some of the commercial brands that are out on the market.
- Pulled Pork: Pull Pork was fantastic with awesome flavor that just melts in your mouth. I gave this one some high numbers even late in the day.
- Coleslaw: Coleslaw was not too exciting but just perfect, I loved it.
- Brisket: The brisket is very nice with a little bark and a smooth flavor.
- Beans: Beans have nothing special to them.
- Atmosphere: I found this joint with Buzz Head one day in search of some good grub after a long dreary drive from the valley. First off there are no visible signs from 59S except a large tin building and two porta potties. This is my type of place; simple tin shack with two cute young girls working the counter handling all of your BBQ needs. If I wasn’t so full of Q I might strike up a not so intelligent conversation with both of them.
