Veal: Very tender – fat has great flavor. Nice treat. Hot Link: Classic. Very greasy and crumbling. Moderate spice and chewey casing. Potato Salad: Awesome, complex flavor. A coarser chop would make this perfect.

Atmosphere: Tin Roofed joint. Smoke with live oak. Warehouse looking inside. Limited seating. Wood wall paneling. Old Tablecloths, benches. Get there and start eating. Sauce: Smoky, tangy, spicy, thick, GREAT!!!
Sauce: Great. Lots of cayenne and greasy. Coleslaw: Fine chop. Good flavor; not too spicy. Beans: Pintos: Good flavor but mushy. End of day issue. Potato Salad: Good texture. Firm and flavorful.
