Beans: Ranch style. Good, brushy flavor. Spare Rib: Great bark. Smoke is primary taste and is very good. Sausage: Good and firm. Texture, spice, and flavor good. Beef: Lean and dry, with weak flavor.<
Coleslaw: Very good with large chunks. The highlight (sadly). Potato Salad: Way too much egg. Beans: Pintos are cooked to death – okay, it’s late. Baked are bland and overcooked. Atmosphere: Very new.

Sausage: Good texture and flavor, with a bit of a kick. Overall: Disappointing. Atmosphere: A good looking joint. Olive and brick exterior. Nice pile of oak, same pit as Outlaws. Good dead animals on walls.
